Hopeful. By all accounts he's a great kid. Arrest shocked everyone. Turns out he was just visiting friends at the exact time they got raided.

Word is that charges will be dropped during Grand Jury hearing in October. So he'll be good to go for the Spring.

Pushing LSU baseball aside... No matter what happens, I wish the kid the best. Not that I have any inside information, but I'll just say everything points to him being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Looked like a Set Up to me! I do not know if you can call those friends. I think he has some legal action against the police for false arrest.

The only thing that makes me wonder a bit is that the main guy the cops wanted had actually been arrested the week before & it took that much time to get a warrant to raid his house. That being the case, why would any innocent kid even be at his house in the first place? The arrest had to be common knowledge.
