We already signed Noah Cain as a transfer

As nice as it would be optically to get Citizen, he isn't a must in terms of what we have on the roster and the 2023 backs in the state.

Lewis honestly would hurt much worse than Citizen because we desperately need some TEs. Him going to Bama would be an absolute gut punch considering we have 2 scholarship TEs for next year, 1 being a true freshman. Bama has 6 scholarship TEs already.

Nah. He's just going to set up a 5-wide 2TE offense. No point in recruiting anyone else at the position. So no back up plan needed....
