Totally agree. I always see him around campus and he's been without crutches for quite a while, so hopefully he can be back to 100%. I just don't know why people forget about jordan allen who obviously deserves a spot ahead of rasco as of now.

also hope they move him to LB.

I have no idea how feasible this is, but it'd be nice to have a linebacker over 230.

I may be underestimating MJ as well.

I haven't ruled out Mickey playing OL. He may come in as the strongest guy on the team. If it looks like he's going to get lost in the shuffle, I'd like to at least get a look at Guard.

Having said that, I agree, we all might be underestimating him in favor of the more flashy "Freak" Johnson.

He would be an extremely small guard at only 5 11 -6 ft. Most people would want to see him tried out at center, if anything.

Yeah, wherever he goes, he's going to pull a Tommy Frazier (and we got almost within arms reach of pulling him at the last minute).

He might still get over 6'. Beyond basic leverage, I'm not sure excessive height is even desireable for a guard. If he's holding 290 or 300, legitimately, with bench numbers of 450+ and squatting 700 pounds - having played DT all this time - I just think he could do it, out of all the DL recruits, I think he could play OG.

We don't have quite the OL shortage we had a couple of years ago, so hopefully he stays at DT and is a great one for us, alongside the Freak. I can already see the CBS sports bit, "Johnson and Johnson, a prescription for 'pain'"

Wait, yall are forgetting about QT. I would like to see either Rasco or QT play LB.

But i also want to have a eight man rotation on the line. 2SDE 2WDE and 4DT. Obviously some will play more than others, you have injuries and some guys only used in certain packages.

It'll be a rotation. . .and a solid one.

Montgomery, Rasco and Ferguson at DE

Johnson, Johnson, Downs at DT

We are developing a defensive line that is so talented that we will be able to rotate and stay fresh without dropping talent at any position. Also, we will be able to have different looks and different types of talent on the field to keep offenses guessing. Chavis has never had this much talent that is this deep. He should be able to develop a top 5 defense at every category.

QT is about 6'3" 275. I know Levon Kirkland played in the NFL at that size but I don't think this kid runs like Levon Kirkland did.

The bias towards unproven, HS kids in this thread is comical.

Stop kissing their arse. We have thier LOI. They have to EARN playing time now.
