I remember. I asked wtf, who the hell. But thought he must have shown something for miles to offer him out of nowhere.
He has been the man all season. In on so many big plays every game. Sacks, Int's, ff, fumble recover, TFL, blanket coverage.
It says so much when you expect him, as a freshman, to make that play defending the touchdown yesterday. he didn't, but almost did. he is going to be so much fun the next couple years.

Most people are noticing that LSU is out recruiting Bama big time on defense. We just keep reloading with great recruits who are not 5 stars. I can't wait for next season already.
*I'm not saying LSU is winning recruiting battles against Bama. I'm saying LSU is recruiting better which I do consider out recruiting.

I recall him being a 3 star when he accepted. I had heard nothing of him but was thinking "what do i know?"....Sure enough, as a freshman, he's blown me away all season. Kid's got All-American in his near future.

This is about the way I remember it. There were some people who didn't like the offer to Tyrann. They may have been converted after they heard how he performed in camp.

he was a 2-star, then he was switched to a 4-star after committing to LSU
