DL Recruits: Take total and Names being Noted

We currently have Evans DT committed and he’s much better than people think as evidenced by his wars with Thomas at camps.
People keep mentioning Sophser and I sure as hell pray he becomes a Tiger.... but what are the rest of the SDE and DT types we are recruiting ?
There’s Young in Mississippi ..... Strippling in Texas but not heavy feedback from them.
Need more than 2 DL.
Who else ?

The board is very light at DT aside from Sopsher.
Young and the Polynesian kid that just came in recently is about it.

Evans, Sopsher and I'm sure we can find one or two more at some point during the season.
This is a little off topic but I've noticed lately that LSU has set up a place for recruits to take recruiting pics and have added the dark face mask which I really like. These kids like that sort of thing and I've always wondered why they LSU didn't pull that out or why we don't have more players that wear them during games. I think it looks badass.

Yeah the Tiger logo in the background with the black visor looks NASTY! Kids really like the flashy stuff and I love the idea of having a dedicated area for pictures. Maybe get some one off uniforms as well. Believe dark facemask can only be worn for a strict medical reason. Clear is allowed and I believe only recently O has allowed that. Dont recall (I may be wrong here) that Miles let players wear them

Ahh I wasn't aware that they needed a medical reason for the dark mask. Makes since bc they would likely all or most would be doing it.
I agree that they should pull out some different uniforms as well. LSU needs to get an artist over here to come up with a specialized helmet with matching uniform for a game every once in a while. I know we do this but it's always close to what we already have but with different colors. I'm thinking something totally different, like purple and gold camo or something with the purple/gold or white "NFL Bengals" helmet. Make it unique but similar.
I never want to switch for good but having some different uniforms for a game every once in a while would be cool and the players would love it.

We already have certain games that we have alternate uniforms. I really like our traditional uni’s and the players do as well. I do like the fact that Orgeron allows the visor now because miles had a policy on those just like his offensive game plans.
