Didn't John Diarse openly cheer for Bama on 1/9/12?

And yet, he ended up coming here and working his arse off for the Tigers and contributing a lot to the program...just something to think about with Carter's apparent increased interest. Sometimes kids change their minds about things.

I never read really far into his transfer. Did he bolt because he thought he would be basically obsolete? Tired of blocking? This huge WR class? Anybody want to drop some knowledge on me?

i mean, committing to a school for 4 years generally trumps ones feeling over 1 ball game.

Hell I went to ULL for a year before I realized it was a huge mistake. I eventually ended up at LSU, where I should have been the entire time. shite happens. Especially when 17 & 18 year olds are involved.

I followed recruiting? It was a fairly big deal because Diarse was one of the top 5 players in state

You could say WR depth and QB issues, but I choose to say coordination of the passing game.

Diarse is better suited for routes that are VERY rare in our system. We fade and jump ball to protect the lack of accuracy in our QBs. We have far better options on the outside for those routes.

Diarse needs a ball controlled passing game on and inside the hashes.

Any time he played he was a monster for us. Just hard to get on the field with Malachi and Dural. Didn't help that Chark showed what he was capable of in the bowl and Tyron is a budding superstar.

Girlfriend goes to TCU
Graduated from LSU
WR depth at LSU
has friends at TCU
Got his blocking down at LSU, now wants to work on his hands at TCU in a high powered offense.
