Does anyone else think this might be one of our most underrated recruits. I know He's a 4 star but it seems like he maybe overlooked. Does anyone know what he projects to play? He looks like he can be a safety

Very early commit that no one has talked about in a long time. Must be that solid that no other schools recruited him. Most players like this take more visits. I know he has LA ties.

he's probably one of those gifted athletes that can play about 6 or 7 different positions on the field
the big thing for him is the one that's best... I see a redshirt for strength and then a special teams leader followed by a ... strong saftey/OLB hybrid ala harry coleman

That's the thing about this class. I feel several of the guys we have committed are underrated on top of the guys we'll be getting that are highly rated and deserving. I know that sounds like a homer post but there have been some recruits in the past where you didn't feel great about their ceiling potential. I don't feel that way this year.
Hell Paris was highly ranked but committed early and conveniently dropped in rankings. Voorhies too. Their tape doesn't warrant a drop. Then you've got John Battle who is criminally low on the rankings. Look at his Sr. film. He looks like an Eric Reid clone.
Definitely an exciting class to have followed all of the way through. The next few months will be fun.

Would love for him to end up being a better player than some of these other safeties. He is the best player in Mississippi and could have easily gone to either of the schools there and had a great career and played early, but instead he committed here early and is a solid commit. I am hoping he ends up being the great safety we need
