I have lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years. I grew up in Baton Rouge and used to walk to LSU games from my parent’s house on the Lakes. I played D1 football in college and still wish I had accepted a walk-on offer to LSU . I also went to USC and UCLA games while living in CA. There is no comparison. LSU on a Saturday is a bucket list destination for the most avid football fans. We have people come from all over the globe to see us play. USC and UCLA are the most lame stadiums I have ever witnessed. Once a Tiger, Always a Tiger.

I live in LA too. You’re spot on...USC games are trash and the difference to LSU games is almost comical.

Gainesville and Tuscaloosa are also nowhere in comparison to LSU on a Saturday. Tristan Leigh, God wants you in Baton Rouge and we have prayed for you to come. You are the next Ralph Norwood -you will make him proud!

USC football Twitter account has 40k followers. LSU football Twitter account has 831k.

I know there’s a lot more at play here but that margin just kinda sums up the difference in the programs.

Korey is making a HUGE MISTAKE. I know players who played for USC and LSU, to include Coach Robinson, and Coach is on our staff!!!

Well, I'm an L.A. native, who has two degrees from LSU. I'd love for Foreman to come to LSU. But if he doesn't, I'd prefer to see him at UCLA (preferably), or USC. As much as it excites me to see LSU FINALLY starting to recruit California, I also would like to see the kids out here stay and play for the home teams.

With that being said, I will be at the UCLA game next season with my purple and gold on, with the LA Socal Alumni chapter.

False. I was in Tuscaloosa last year for the LSU game, and it was electric.

Why would the fan experience impact a player's decision on where to go to school to work towards going to the NFL while getting access to a quality education?
