Being a great coach/developer of talent doesn't automatically make you a good recruiter or vice versa...just ask BDP.

Raymond being listed as the "secondary recruiter" is why BDP was a top 5 recruiter.

It's said coaches composite rankings....I assumed this was ranking skills and not recruiting abilities?
