Included on the team are LSU Commits:
Kardell Thomas (2019)
quote:
The LSU commit was animal at UA Houston. He overpowered opposing defensive lineman and put guys on their backs. His size catches your attention, but his athleticism blows you away.
Kenyon Green (2019)
quote:
Green might be an underclassman, but he often looked like the best offensive lineman on the field this camp season. Green has a great frame, excellent technique and is light on his feet. The LSU commit is an elite recruit.
Chasen Hines (2018)
quote:
An LSU commit, Hines was named OL MVP at UA Dallas and also had a solid showing at The Opening Dallas. He is an immovable force in the trenches and uses his brute strength and size to overpower defenders.
Targets:
Justin Rogers (2018)
quote:
It was a down year in the state for quarterbacks, but some out-of-state recruits made statements at camps in the Lone Star State. Rogers was the best quarterback at The Opening Dallas as he displayed excellent arm strength, poise and accuracy. Rogers is high on TCU and LSU.
Brennan Eagles (2018)
quote:
Eagles had a breakout performance at The Opening Houston and earned his invitation to the finals. He followed that up with a solid UA performance. Eagles posted freak testing numbers this camp season and showed off his talent on the field. Eagles is high on LSU, Oklahoma, Texas and others.
Miles Battle (2018)
quote:
Speaking of freaks, Battle put on a show this camp season thanks to his speed and athleticism. He was named the WR MVP at The Opening Dallas and impressed the heck out of me in Houston. He is the real deal. Battle is taking a closer look at LSU, Oregon, TCU and others.

My God I hope we hold onto those linemen. Hopefully Rogers sees that he can be great under Canada. The last 2 have Miles(different spelling) and Brennan in their names. It's a sign.

Brennan Eagles is an absolute take. Size of Jhamon Ausbon from last year except his testing numbers are faster and indicate he is explosive.

I fricking love that we have so many great OL commits. Really hope we hold on to them. I think we should unless we lose Canada and Grimes.

Yeah, the future is bright at OLine with all those studs incoming. I thought K Thomas was a guard, but I can clearly see now that he can play OT as he has great speed and footwork. With him and K Green in 2019 they will have a couple of awesome bookend tackles, both are 5 stars. Thomas, Green, and Hines will be added to the guys coming in (Deculus, Ingram, Madison) to form probably LSU's best ever OLine. I would love to be a RB running behind those guys.
