Well I for one am extremely happy to have rivers as an up and coming qb. I get the same impression as you. In that it appears most people have simply written him off.
But being happy with him doesn't mean I don't think we desperately need a killer QB this signing period. I am not so stupid as to think that Rivers couldn't be a bust.
