Collins not the first to pass up hometown this year

With his decision to go to Alabama it means the top 2 go to the Tide and #4 has just decommitted yesterday.
I saw another thread stating the top 3 or 4 from Alabama are going out of state. The fact is Louisiana is regarded as having top 5 football talent year in and year out.
Losing the top 2 to Alabama hurts. Make no mistake it is not a battle CLM wants to lose especially right before the NCG.
It's not the end of the world but it stings and we cannot afford for this to continue especially against little Nicky.

Does it really matter who is ranked where in state?
You have no clue who is the best until 3-4 years down the road.
LSU could be taking the best 10 players in the state. You have no clue.
