We have warm bodies at DT and that's it. He's in the running for a starting spot the moment he walks on campus if he goes to Texas. It's not like he'd be picking Texas State over LSU or something like that

If Lsu were in dark times, you would think it was a perfect opportunity to be a part of rebuilding a program. I coached a kid in basketball that was number 4 cornerback in the country. Ended up going to notre dame when Charlie Weiss took over. He was convinced he would be a huge part of turning that program around. Everyone is just different. They can't all be tigers, although I hope enough keep on wanting to come here as we all do!
