You want to name these 12? I don't think you are good at math
Quinn
Chark
Malachi
Noil
Upchurch - I counted him
Battle
Paris
Brown
Jones - Is being recruited as if he is a take
Voorhies
Ramirez/Gage
Alexander could be a safety
Everyone's obsession over Adoree is another

I'd take Daub over Young any day of the week. Garrett and Daub are two best 4-3 LB's in the class.
Why you gotta be so negative all the time

If you want to count Upchurch as a TE
DB:
1. Voorhies
2. Brown
3. Paris
4. Battle
5. Ramirez/Gage
6. Jones - Wild card
WR:
1. Quinn
2. Chark
3. Malachi
4. Noil
TE:
1. Washington
2. Upchurch
RB:
1. Fournette
2. Palelei
QB:
1. Harris
LB
1. Alexander
2. Young
3. Garrett
OL:
1. Brumfield
2. Clapp
DL:
1. Clark
2. Godchaux
3. Mcdowell
4. Willis
K:
1. Gamble - All reports are saying he will be given a scholarship
LSU took 6 LBs in 2012, 1 leaving the team.
LSU took 3 LBs in 2013, 0 leaving the team.
At some point, You have to think it's experience and not talent. I just don't think taking 13 LBs in 3 cycles is a smart move.

We are only taking 2 OL?

Wouldn't be shocked with 3, I'd expect it. But there's not enough smoke for me to list any particular name.

LINK . Lsu secures official visit from travonte valentine

i thought Valentine was the one Geno was spouting about
he said hybrid lb/s, which either means someone very surprising like Ronnie Clark or a guy we haven't been pursuing heavily or someone off the RB's radar.
Daub would make sense as the third category, but RB wisdom has been that we stopped pursuing him because he has a low work ethic. I never heard anything like that from real sources, but people here have been saying that.
I wondered since summer if he'd ever pop back up again for us. I hope this goes somewhere; he's got the talent to be a great player wherever he goes.

I think he's the only 5* recruit to drop more than Paris

He's out. His potential spot has been taken by Gage's potential spot.

I noticed him nor gage has committed to any where yet so they must be in the "waiting for numbers" category.

I'm sorry but I want Kain Duab.

How about this novel idea......how about recruiting a LB that weighs more than 215 lbs.

They do, they just end up at DE and FB

jamal, how are your work outs coming? we need you at safety

I think he and Jacob Pugh are our two most solid commitments. Probably McClain, too.
Although LB is our deepest position by far.
