CA lineman of the year

Huh?

What's CA? Hobbi is from AZ.

I still don't understand how this is supposed to work with the numbers............

You have 26 now. next year you can't sign more than 15. How many can you have on your roster if the appeal is rejected?

My bad, mixed him up. But he is the #4 OG and he commited today.

Troy Niklas, whom we will probably ge,t is the CA lineman of the year. It is SC and ND (Stanford is out). he visits ND this weekend. His parents are both SC alumni and they named him "Troy".

we have 9 EE which count to last years class. No schollie sanctions likely this year, unless they rule before signiing day. I forgot how manywe can have on the roster if rejected, but I don't think it (the roster #) will be an issue.

In the end, it really does not matter as far as this year's class is concerned. No matter the penalties, take as many as you can get NOW.

I will just trust that they know what they are doing. Im a bit concerned if we take the full 25. That would put us at the 85 max with only 13 seniors. If the appeal is denied it starts to get a bit scary for next years recruiting

Tangerine,Trust me when i tell you i would put nothing out of the realm of possibility with Kiffin,Orgereon and co. but all that Walker stuff is just games that Glenville kids play.If OSU wants a Glenville kid they get a Glenville kid.Simple as that.Walker will be at OSU.Ranking notwithstanding(though the kid is a highly rated kid)if they manged to pull him when OSU wants him it would be the biggest recruiting upset of the year and likely a few years.OSU doesn't miss on Glenville kids. This same game is played by their kids every year. They'll flirt and make other schools fell good and then on signing day ink with OSU.It's the Glenville way.Ted Ginn plans it that way.

Not this time though--especially when USC comes a calling.

They will take 20 plus the early enrollees. If the appeal is denied then the scholarship crunch will begin next year.
That is not what is being reported on ESPN radio. They said if the appeal is not successful, those 5 extra players may have to delay enrollment until next year. There is no guarantee the NCAA will allow USCw to put off the sanctions until next year. Why would they let you put off the scholarship part of the sanctions for a year but still uphold the bowl ban for that same season? Some of these players may get hung out to dry...
