Read on Texas Longhorn Orangebloods website that they talked to Lindsay and he has lost some interest in Longhorns. Lindsay says he will definitely be going to an LSU game this fall. We are in the running!!!!!!!!

LSU definitely has a good shot. His sister goes to LSU, his mom's family lives in BR/Zachary, and he lived in BR when he was younger.

But he's gonna get offers from all over, so it should be an interesting process.

i think it's an even race right now...the important thing is that texas isn't out in front early. looks like he'll be going to texas, auburn and lsu for games.

Another Red Headed Road Grader from Texas. He reminded me of my favorite Tiger OLineman, Alan Faneca. Lots of pancakes, some were doubles(two at a time or pancaking the same guy twice on the same play). Stays with his blocks. It didn't matter if the opponent was bigger, or quicker. My memories of Faneca leading Kevin Faulk all the way down the field, are dancing in my head. Go get him Les.

I wish we didn't wait till Feb to offer Juniors. The first team that offers play a big part in some of these recruits decision sometimes.

The top recruits understand the process, but it does make you feel good to be recruited early and often. Sometimes that good feeling grows into a real relationship.

does this kid have "character issues" or is that just another orangebloods excuse for him not saying they are the front runner?

^^^

It is a well known fact that Texas doesn't offer Juniors until after signing day he usually waits until Jr. day where he will offer about 15 guys on the two dates and we will get about 10 commits in those 2 weeks.Texas has a very good chance at him we will see in Feb.

These were the guys who committed on the first Jr.day by Texas
Gilbert COMMITTED
(2/7/2008)
M.Davis COMMITTED
(2/9/2008)
Whaley COMMITTED
(2/10/2008)
P.Kelley COMMITTED
(2/10/2008)
G.Timmons COMMITTED
