Their QB is badass. Is he a senior?

He's looked great the whole game. I wonder what his offer list looks like. I haven't seen enough of him to get a complete judgment on him, but he looks as if he could play some college ball.

80 just made a good tackle a little weak but he got to the point of contact pretty fast.

Butbthey aren't helping him any. Can't beat his blockers and is out of position a lot. His instincts and physicality need some coaching. He is flying around the ball though sonit could just be following the scheme and whatbthe coach wants him to do. One play he is all over the rb and the next he is on the other side of the field. Cold springs runs the ball 90%.

He was impressive--#80, but Carthage's offense kept the ball so much the 2nd half, we didn't get to see much of him. He did make one very good hard nosed tackle on defense & caused a fumble on a kick-off in the 2nd half. I thought it was funny that the play-by-play guy, Craig Way, who is also the voice of the Longhorns, called him a future Longhorn. He may be in for a big surprise. Since Shazier gave a verbal to OSU, it looks like he would be an ideal recruit for the Tigers to land.

Yeah I laughed a little by that as well. I see why he is highly ranked. I hate to ride the whole chavis coaching lb bandwagon but 80 looks a like like Jarod Mayo in the middle.

Like someone said though lsu he plays immediately at Texas he will redshirt.
