Kid has to protect himself in case Raymond isn't retained. Makes sense, but he hasn't decommitted

He isn't the only one according to Taylor Hamm Greedy Williams is suppose to be visiting A&M in January. He also said that Michael Divinity will flip to A&M if Les Miles is let go as well.

I think there's a caveat to that in that they'll flip if they don't like the new coach. What if it's someone that's been recruiting them elsewhere and they really like them? I'm sure most would stay in that scenario.

Change takes sacrifice. We won't win any championships with these players with the current staff. It's time to pull the band aid and get it over with. If they are committed to Les and not LSU, oh well.

Taylor Hamm is a reputable, and distinguished 247 sports writer. I'd take what he says to heart.

There are a lot of defensive recruits looking elsewhere right now who were committed. Last year Texas A&M made a hard push to get Corey Raymond and I'm wondering based on the number of commits and LSU leans who are now backing off and adding A&M to their list if their isn't something to A&M courting Raymond after Les if fired.

But you do need players. You can have the best coaches in the world but without the players the team will still suffer.
