I have no idea but based on those rankings and the fact that about 99% selected in the first 10 rounds sign, I’m gonna guess “no”.

98 from the left side with 20+ inches of run at 18 years old? Doubt we ever see him in P&G.

Worry more about Brown, Milam, or Larson.

If you can get out of the 2nd rd without him being picked, then we can start talking. Someone can pay him $1.8-$2.0 in the 2nd still

People get excited when players drop below their projection, but the numbers don’t lie. If you are picked in the Top 10 rounds of the new 20 round draft you are signing 99% of the time as other posters have said. Only like 6 of 628 or something like that DIDN’T sign.

Those odds are bad to quite bad.

If he’s drafted, he’s gone. Those numbers are agreed on before they get picked.

I don't think anyone expects him to come to campus if he is drafted in the top 10 rounds. It's more a question of, as he falls, does it become more likely that he's got a number that no one wants to match. We won't know til we know, but it's hard to imagine how he's already fallen out of the 2nd round.

It just takes one team with some money but at this point the majority of teams do not have big signing bonuses to offer 1 player

I’m wondering if he’s asking too much. I really thought the Cubs were high on him, and they just passed at the end of the 2nd on a RHP, I think.

I think it will be different with NIL and also you’ll see kids just pulling out the draft once the number they have in their head is off the table.

not that kids will get more coming to college than a top 10 round slot value but you can come to college, make a little money, and try and improve that initial contract

His injury concerns might make him drop but I still think he gets selected and signs
Jake brown would be awesome if lsu can get him to campus and feel better about him at this point

Most likely not going to make it to campus. At one point it was looking like he might make it to campus but that has been trending in the opposite direction lately.

At this point it is all about his number and if he sticks to it. We were talking similarly last year after day 1 about Michael Kennedy and the Pirates took him in the 4th round and paid him $1M. The pick right before him in the 4th round got $3.7M. A pitcher in the 7th got $1.2M and another in the 10th got the same. Each round that passes the chances increase but it only takes 1 team that has the extra money to throw at him.
