I don't think people are butthurt that he isn't coming. I wish him well. I'm meh. I think most of us have grown tired of all the attention seeking. That's not class...I'm sorry.

People have chosen to ignore his whole recruitment and focus on one line:

Look, I'm a millennial, not too far removed from Akers age, I witnessed and played against division 1 recruits for football and basketball and a few professional players that are still in their respective leagues. (Golden Tate and Donta Hightower for two examples) This "everybody look at me" I'm the best thing since sliced bread is only getting worse with each class and the parents behind this generation are only going to continue to set these kids or "recruits" further behind in life with this entitlement attitude.
Before you blast away with the "Get off my lawn" comments, I understand and willingly want these kids to have the time of their lives during their recruitments, it's a once in a lifetime decision and it will, most of the time, lay their foundation into adulthood but all I'm asking for is for this generation to show a little humility rather than the "special snowflake" persona that seems to get worse each year.

Etienne has had an offer well before today. They haven't pressed him to commit because of CEH not Akers.

I couldn't care less where a teenager plays!
