How do we stand and would he play baseball in addition to football at LSU?

That, and also Arky just posted an update about Bolden in the JaMarr Chase thread. I mean, where else would you look for info on Bolden?

Honestly it's a toss up right now.. with Chase getting back in the mix and Marshall likely headed to BR and the WR's we already have he might go elsewhere. Yet he really likes LSU so we are definitely in the running! Tcu is a threat for his services for sure. We need to press hard kid is elite.. and my bad man didn't want to start a new thread

I had a convo in the last few days with a family member(not JJ)....this info is very accurate. He is truly torn, but TCU is definitely showing more love than LSU, and he's more confident that he'll get on the field there. If Canada wants Slade then he better get on the ball and make him a priority. The kid's heart is LSU, but he has to do what he thinks is best.

I completely agree. I think he ends up at tcu at this point if things don't change.. We really need to press he looked all of the part of someone who could start as a freshman. And he could be an apb but he only worked out as a wide out today and I'm pretty sure at all camps this summer

And I wouldn't say getting arse kicked.
- Marshall is looking good for us
- Cotton, Baskerville (shoe-in for 4th star), Jenkins, Rosenthal, & Scott are all committed.
- Bolden was never a strong LSU lean, and we're not out of it yet (almost it seems from this update, but not yet)
it's a far cry from how bad it was with Studwra as OU812 mentioned. Very far.

North Louisiana has gotten much better in recruiting terms this year! Like someone said above we really are doing good in north LA. And if we weren't loading up at WR already I really think we'd have bolden locked down as well.

He went to VP Elite/Under Armour Camp today and performed well. He will go to Bama and TCU before making a decision. I don't want to say too much about who recruits harder/less etc. Maybe after he signs I'll fill in any gaps. Just don't want to hurt the kid in any way and you never know how people will take things.

Not true. Meatball is the area recruiter and he's doing a fantastic job.
