Yeah, if you're going elsewhere please go to Stanford at least

I don't think somewhat northern Alabama is quite the same thing.

I grew up too much of an LSU fan to have considered anyone LSU plays every year, but I guess I understand that some did not.

Is Dylan using a VPN so that he can play FanDuel? Don't do it Dylan!

At 17 had I been given the chance to see what Southern California is like, I would have left in a heartbeat.

You think Tuscaloosa is a good representation of "the rest of what the US has to offer"? You think it's in the same neighborhood as SoCal when it comes to "getting out"?

Me neither.

What local stud would not want to go to LSU and potentially be given all the pub like LF?

Dude. If you're gonna leave Louisiana you don't do it to go to Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Especially if Saban may bolt after your first season there . . .

don't mind when kids from Louisiana go to the west coast. But, when the go to Bama it is a slap in all of our faces. They all don't have to go to LSU but if you
want to go out of state just go to another conference.

If Bama and LSU are recruiting you then you have plenty of choices to find a school out of conference.

People have to realize that not everyone that lives in LA, loves LA, let alone like LA. This is even more true when you are 17 and have the ability to get out and see the rest of what the U.S. has to offer.

That is a shame that happens. Nobody should ever forget where they came and understood their roots help mold them into who they are today. My parents moved us to Texas and after those experiences I couldn't wait to get back here.

I really wish fans would stop posting on recruits social media. It's pretty creepy and it would have a negative effect on me if I was a recruit.

I know this has been addressed but it is a shame when a recruit posts a conversation with the heisman front runner for his friends to see and it results in countless Geaux Tigers and Roll Tide comments.

Dylan and Leonard have been friends for a while. I don't understand why it is bad for one Dylan to post this and two for me to share it on this board. It exciting that Dylan is getting mentored/recruited by a great player and friend; furthermore, it's exhilarating that Dylan could continue the great 7 tradition in Purple and Gold.

Moses considering Bama is sickening. Everyone in the scouting realm knows him. He could play at Colgate and get drafted in the 1st round. I don't get it, unless he really likes Bama, which seems like the opposite of a guy who grew up on LSU's campus. I still think he's a tiger all the way and he deserves to enjoy the process and take his time making the decision that is right for him. But he does not have to worry much, he will be great wherever he ends up. I'd like to see another #7 at linebacker and still give him some goal line carries. That would be awesome.

He has to consider that Saban is unlikely to be there beyond two or three more years. I think Miles will be at LSU for quite a while longer than that.

I met DM ~1 yr ago. He was all-LSU and said his best friend is Guice. Let him enjoy his visits. Not too worried TBH. Have fun DM!

This I don't understand. In my eyes, people are separate from the location. I remember everything my parents, grandparents, friends, etc taught me and that molded me into the person I am today. Had I grew up in another state and those same influences been in my life; I would still be the same person I am today.

The only ties I have to the state of Louisiana are those people. All of the things I experienced as a kid; i.e. fishing, sports, vacations, etc could all have been experienced living in a different state.

I think the weird thing is that this week, the fans of Bama and LSU are all riled up. They hate the other team. Yet 90% of our studs clearly dont hate Bama as they were in their top 2. I find that odd.

...well, I guess LSU would've been a bad choice for him.

We could have had one helluva group of DBs back then, too, if the coaches had gotten their way. Favre and McNair at safety, then Faulk at corner. DBU baby!

It is not bad the he posted it or that you shared it

I don't like how random people post on a high school kid's social media accounts
