Don't be a pussy! USC cranks out better talent and therefor should be more publicized.

Only saying, Oregon has more money from Phil Kight than LSU and all it's peeps. If you're talking about publicity then I believe Oregon could throw more money at it.

You guys are completely missing the point.

It is very rare that college football fans hear about a big time prospect from Oregon. I don't give a shite about the CEO of Nike, the fact still remains that very few Oregon players receive publicity. Before Dixon you had to reach all the way back to Joey Harrington to prove your point.

Therefore, if Bryce Brown wants publicity, then he does not go to Oregon. You really think John David Booty would have been a household name in Oregon? GTFO.

Warranted or not, USC players make sportscenter ad nauseum. Oregon...not so much.

And to reiterate, I also admitted LSU is not the place to be to be overhyped. We had the #1 pick in the draft fly completely under the radar.

Well their talent is not exactly resonating in the NFL relative to the ESPN hype machine..

They have 8 million in LA...alone, so it's a much bigger market than the entire state of Louisiana or Oregon..Probably put together Los Angeles is bigger

LA is bigger than both combined. I was simply stating that Oregon does not and most likely never will have the caliber of player that USC has. They will never get national hype because: A/ They're rarely in the national championship hunt and B/ They don't have the type of payers to get the hype.

They are at an immediate disadvantage because tahy don't produce D-1 talent and the climate there sucks.

For what Oregon has done on the field, they do a good job of promoting players.

You have the balls to type this and then argue with me when I said that that if Bryce Browns primary concern is publicity then he should not choose Oregon and instead opt for USC?

I figured if he came to LSU LES and the guys on the team might help him grow up.
He may never grow up at Tenn.

Good Point, its going to be interesting to see what happens at Tenn, I am still shocked at the quality of the recruits he is getting. If I had a kid that would be the last person I would want him playing for..

Exactly, I always wonder how a kid and his parents making a very important decision often seem to know less about who is a selling BS than just interested fans.
