Best I ever saw in person was Leonard Valentine (John Ehret). Peyton Manning and Brock Berlin were no slouches either.

Vince Young is the best I've ever seen. I saw him play in high school twice and he just made the kids on other teams look dumb and slow. He didn't throw the prettiest pass but he didn't have to.

Josh Booty was the real deal coming out of HS. Of course he never realized his full potential upon returning to football after giving it up for 4 years.

Randall Mackey was 36-0 as starter. What was Berlin's record?

Berlin started at least from his soph year on, he was by far the best I've ever seen. Looked like Wuerffel playing on the HS level. Randall Mackey was awesome though. Two or three more inches and he'd have been a 5* kid on the nat'l level. He'll be great at OM
