Basketball recruiting is amazing....

When you consider where this program was 6 months ago, it is UNBELIEVABLE the guys that WW is getting.
His recruiting is on par with Duke, Kansas, and Kentucky, if not better.
To put that in perspective, try taking any football team who hasn't won in years and go try to out recruit Ohio St., Bama, FSU, LSU, etc. It just don't happen.

Surely you are not equating Ole Miss in Football to LSU in basketball. Ten years ago LSU was in the final four. When has Ole Miss been in the top four in football?

So far he has done as well as anyone could have given the circumstances. Let lsu win this year in basketball (compete for sec title/be a sweet sixteenish level ball club). Wade will be a force to deal with if his recruiting translates to winning.

Are you serious? The word is our 2nd 5 star will commit this week. and that's after we just got a transfer who was one of the leading scorers in America last year

I mean, let's wait a bit before we get too excited. It was only two years ago that we had two 5*s and three top 50 players.

To be fair you could bring any of those coaches into Wade's situation when we got him and if any of them had done what he has we would be like "well thats the differance coach cal makes". He did as well as anyone could in that timeframe. If we win this fall it will it will ramp up even more

Negative, You are comparing a storied kentucky program to the lsu dumpster fire wade inherited. Hell, no one expected anything out of wade for a few years when he got hired much less this season.
