Imagine having Gallo and Breg on the left side of our infield right now....... Gallo would've averaged 20 hr a year and probably would've hit 30+ this year

He homered and doubled in his first big league game. And the homer wasn't a cheap one. I think he's going to be up for a little bit more than a cup of coffee.

I hope he lights it up, but you can't tell what you have after 4 AB's. He may hit 25 HR's the rest of the year or he may become a walking K machine. We'll have to wait and see. Until then... it's a cup of coffee.

Although everyone remembers ZVR, but Brody Colvin was in that class as well.

Also Jake Cave from the class of 2010 I believe.

I haven't checked on Slade Heathcott, but he looked like a sure thing out of high school.

ETA: Apparently he was up with the Yankees and doing quite well until getting injured recently.

Yes he was. Impressive start until he went down with a strained quad.

That is a shame. I had high hopes for the guy when he signed.

How about Wes Luquette? Did Cody Glenn sit out this year?

It sounds like Sewald will follow Baranik and Trent as guys we wish we had kept around.

Hellickson or BMac probably. Gallo, Cave, and Heathcott seem like they're going to make a push though.

Man that is a great question. With in the last 5 years I would have to pick Bradley, Gallo, Cave or Heathcott. Maybe you could throw in Justin Williams. Not really sure how some of the pitchers would have panned out here but most have really not done much since going MLB route. Let me say, not really standing out but man it is hard to make it to the Bigs pitching.

In 2 ways. 1st Biggest High School Name, Leonard Fournette for Example, & 2nd HOF Career, Shaq, for Example.
