I think, hope Vincent is all LSU. He's recruited for us a long time. I would be surprised if he isn't selling LSU.

There's no question he's solid. Throwing up the L was basically taunting them. Kary knows we need Chaisson, so he's pulling out all the stops.

Yes I've been following and Chaisson doesn't seem half as interested as he was on his LSU visit (literally snapped every moment at LSU). Vincent is definitely all LSU, he literally says frick UT whilst throwing up a L in Chaisson's snap. I know it's only Snapchat but I do get the vibe from the visits that Chaisson wants to and will be a tiger

Chaisson wants to go to LSU but Mom will win in the end and he will end up at UT. Good thing is Andre Anthony is often forgotten about and he will be a beast.

I would hate it, but if Chaisson ends up at Texas we have not just Anthony but Sci Martin as well. Add in whoever we get next year, and we should be just fine. Plus, Aranda is a magician. Even with all that, I really hope Chaisson comes here. He would be an absolute beast in P&G!

That's not what I read after last week end's official visit, where it said that Coach O had won over his mom and brother and where K'Lavon said when asked to rate his visit on a scale of 1 to 10, initially said 100, and when the interviewer asked him if he added an extra 0 by accident, he then said, "no, make that 1000.

No doubt that UT has an outstanding engineering dept, but LSU is great too. And I'm sure the LSU hosts made if known to mom and dad that LSU has some of the most distinguished and successful alums who are leaders in energy and construction engineering - it doesn't get much bigger or better than Exxon/Mobil and Bechtel. Leaders at the very top for the past 40+ years and management are littered with LSU alumnae. UT has nothing over LSU in that respect.

Let's be perfectly honest here he's not going to major in PE at UT or LSU. Football schedule will not allow him that. It's too time consuming.

Is it just me or does his snapchat story look like a recruiting violation waiting to happen?

ETA: I haven't watched the videos but from what the OP said it seems that way. And I know this happens all the time but since Chaisson made it public makes me wonder.

This is not meant to be overly negative, but to paint a realistic picture. I think it's pretty clear that K'Lavon prefers us, but not enough to defy his mother. So the goal last week was to get her to feel at worst neutral about us. Surely O and the gang achieved this. I just believe that Herman's hermits will be able to reverse this. We'll probably get a good feel for this later in the week.

I think Josh Dobbs majoring in aerospace engineering while playing QB in the SEC put a lot of ideas into parents' heads. However, he is just as much of an object lesson against as for. Some of his struggles on the field have been tied back to his workload for his degree. The USCe loss this year specifically. Still, the fact that he survived and stayed on course to graduate seems to have put ideas in people's heads.
