Believe so. I read it yesterday that he's committing at 7 am. Probably will be more toward 730 I'm guessing, but it said 7 am.

everything I saw has his decision time listed at 7 as well. I think I'm on the other side of his decision. I would rather he didn't come here. Harris has to be the man next year.
