He sent that tweet to Jimmy D Smith and both are High School recruiting analyst for Louisiana and just thought this should be posted.

I'd love a job where all I have to do is speculate and can be right 20% of the time and still have a job.

FWIW, Lopez mostly covers the smaller D1 schools and prospects, ULL/ULM, Tulane, schools like that. Check his TL, he is probably referring to those types of recruits.

True, but Jimmy Smith covers all recruiting and the fact that he tweeted that to him must give reason as to someone/people they know who may/will flip that are big time prospects, imo.
