Has great potential. Looks like the staff is setting us up to play one rusher on each end. Cherry is a decent player himself. Lots of length and then if they can teach these guys to cover, step into throwing lanes and of course hold an edge for the rusher it can be the most dynamic defense in the SEC, possibly the country. Just get some big QB sacking monsters over here and let Aranda do his thing with them. The future NFL potential in these guys will make for an amazing recruiting tool.

Lord, that'd make Moore, Cherry, Scott, and Fox. That's a helluva lot of pass rushers.

If Moore and Scott are really in that 250 range already then they can grown into a 3-4 end. Scott can for sure

Get the best guys here you can. Try to mold them into what you need, then scheme to what you actually have. It's Aranda's motto and it's very successful. It's not a bad idea to get different guys here that have different weights and do different things better.

You can still defend with lighter guys as well as you can with heavy ones but if you don't have one or the other, then you're limited in what you can do.

Get a variety here, you have options. I like a versatile defense and offense. Idk if anyone in the country will have a defense quite as versatile as LSU. Can't wait to see what happens in the future, on offense and defense.
