I would be happy with kwon, otha and moore, who is better than given credit for. Its not that we lost the ncg, but the way we lost and LM showing how god dam stubborn he can be sometimes. He's shown this in the past, but never so glaring. If he had just done a few different things in the nc game this would not be as bad. He looked clueless, like JJ.and obviously did not listen to his assistants who had to be recommending other plays or personal changes.

Could it be that LSU is returning so many players in 2012 (compared to Bama)? Are the recruits looking for instant playing time? If so, then next year should be a banner recruiting year for LSU.

Ridiculous - 13-1 #2 in the country & then so many top prospects choosing to go elsewhere. Something is wrong. "The sky is falling" - I've heard that sarcastic quote time after time on here. Guess what? The sky just might be falling!

Lets not forget also that we are pretty much the consensus preseason #1, throw that in the wound as well. I for one really don't understand it. I know we are putting together a very nice class, but the last month has been ridiculous. Some of these recruits are treating us like a 3rd world football team. Now I heard that Liggins was at LSU and trying to get Patterson to go to Ole Miss.

I think corey thompson and kown both come.

I also would not be surprised if we hear from Debo from ESJ on signing day.

Would be nice - however, we need to face the fact that this is the lowest ranked LSU recruiting class in years despite the great 2 year winning record.

Our total inability to put up the slightest fight in the BCSNC is killing us.

And none of this has anything to do with all our current talent. Other teams have as much, if not more talent on their teams yet are still bringing in the big recruits.

We had worse ranked classes in 2002 and 2005. We look to finish in the top 10 this year which is where we have averaged over the last 5 years.

Has minimal effect on recruiting. We haven't lost anyone because of it and we have gotten guys since. Stop pretending that one game is a reason a kid would change the next 3-4 years of his life.

You guys who keep saying this really need to have more respect for these recruits. They aren't gold fish with a 3 second memory. They have parents and mentors helping them pick the best school for them. LSU recruits LA and some in the region. LA is down this year in rankings not talent, hence we got talent that is ranked 3 and 4*.

One more reason to be optimistic about Finishing Strong with this class: Haven't there been significant "surprise" additions to LSU's classes on signing day each of the last few years? No reason to think this trend won't continue in the wake of LSU's best regular season ever...Keep the Faith!!!
