Culture is established. This is an absolute take and cut bait if he messes up. No lose situation - first scenario, you have a shining example of how the program can develop you in and off the field; second scenario, you reinforce to current players that the standards are real.

His dad is Tack Minor right? Another guy with immense talent who made questionable decisions. In Tack’s case though, I think the bad decisions were bad shot selection and bad passes.
