He's really good now until he "commits" early, then they'll try to move him down the board. Or, he doesn't improve like they think he should or doesn't show out or show up at a certain event etc, etc, then he gets pushed down.
Ed Alexander, Manuel, and Saivion, were some of the guys I remember in the top ten their junior years (even right after), only to be pushed way down.
And they wanted desperately to push down Fournette from #1 overall. Desperately wanted to put Garrett there.
