This class is extremely far out in front of any other class right now. It's already deep on linemen and offensive skill players. If the Tigers land a quarterback and some defensive help, they have a great shot at finishing at No. 1.

I think the finish today gives us some momentum and reason to look favorably towards next season. If the team gets the pieces to finally come together next season it will positively impact the 2011 class. I feel we are on the precipice of waking the slumbering giant. A few things fall our way next year and this program could turn into a monster.

I like your fire ez. We shouldn't have to wait to be a monster though. We already have ridiculous talent now.

I am saying this now...Collins will be a player that we talk about for years to come. I can only see upside and great potential with this player. I look at his film and say wow...i am looking at the next great offensive tackle. I know I am going to get slammed for this but Collins reminds me of Orlando Pace.

By some standards it already is a monster. 3 years removed from our second NC this decade, consistent top 10 recruiting classes, elite in state talent base, elite facilities etc. As good as it is, I think if the right things happen next year it could stand to solidify the current level success and catapult the program to improving on that.

How athletic is Collins? I watched Pace play a couple HS games in football and basketball. Watched him dunk several times, the guy was athletic not just a road grader.
