I seem to have the same problem each year with these tiny bugs that jump all over when I'm walking through the yard. What are these? Is it sod webworms? Springtails? Leafhoppers?

Probably some type leaf hopper. Web worms are usually moth related, and most spring tails are incredibly small.

All joking aside, I don't know what they are called but I see them in my lawn from time to time

I have something similar in my front yard right now. Dont think they are white but small and brown and jump all over my legs as I walk through the yard. I was thinking they were fleas?

I have a patch of grass they are always jumping. Don’t think they do any damage. They not there this year.
