most all spray foam companies advertise the price by sq ft
the last time i saw it, a few years ago, i think it was around $1.70 sq ft

Did this in my attic and it was a little under $2/sqft. Depth was 5.5 inches.

Closed cell will be closer to $4 a sqft
Open cell will be around $2.50 - 3 a sqft

Mine was done with the white roll out from the building company. When I was checking that was the better price point. Any reason you are going spray foam as opposed to the white roll out.

I just got a quote for a 30’ x 50’ metal building, $4,500 for 3” of open cell foam or $9,600 for 2” of closed cell foam. That was for all the walls and the ceiling.

I paid 12k to do my 40x60 two years ago with open cell. You won’t regret it, the biggest difference for me was the sound deadening. Made it bearable to be in there during a rain and made things much quieter when running my machines.
