Recommend me an outside burner

Not for grilled but for cooking rice and gravy etc. it’s for a patio.

Get the smallest burner you can find. IMO, a 30,000 BTU burner would be too big to cook rice.
I bought this 5.5 inch dia. burner a few years ago. LINK =
I use it mostly for frying fish which does not take much heat. I found that when turning the flame way down, it was hard to regulate the oil temperature. What I learned was when I "installed" small nails to block off about 1/2 of the burner holes, I could then control the oil temperature better.
If I am boiling a few crabs or shrimp.... I take out the nails. For larger batches of crabs or crawfish, I use my bigger burner.
