Cleaning a dirty spot on an otherwise new(ish) clean roof

So I got a new roof in Dec 2021 thanks to Ida. Looks great...but I have plenty trees in the neighborhood and over time leaves/pine needles settled in a valley and a lower pitch abutment over the front porch.
I finally got around to getting up there and cleaning the leaves/needles off. The problem is that those 2 spots are now noticeably dirtier/darker than the rest of the roof.
Will they clean up a bit with future rainfall? If not, any info/ideas on DIY ways to clean it? IIRC pressure washing roofs is a no-no.

I usually spray some wet and forget it on spots like that. It cleans it over time with rain.

Bleach in a pump spray may be all that you need.

I would get a mild detergent/ degreaser and spray it on and let it sit and then hit it with a hose sprayer. See what that does.
There’s something called soft washing, maybe can check that out.
But there’s lower pressure washing and then there’s high pressure. You could probably use very low pressure (wide nozzle) and be fine if you are careful.

Don't do anything to it. The sun will fade it over time. Don't put any bleach or chemicals on it.

I think many power wash companies offer roof cleaning services. Probably soft wash
