My in-laws had both and they preferred the Dolphin.

I’ve had a Dolphin cc nautilus plus for a little over 4 years. It has done a great job so far. During swimming season I use it almost daily and a couple times a week during the winter. It came with two sets of filters, pleated and mesh, which are just now in need of replacing.

It stopped working this week and I have a replacement cord on order and I’ll have it fixed for less than $200. This is the only issue I’ve had with it so far.

Which do you prefer? Mine came with only mesh, and I just ordered the pleated and am waiting for them to come in the mail.

So the white box was working, but the actual vacuum was not?

I prefer the pleated filters because they catch fine material really well.

Correct. My power supply was working fine but the cleaner would not move. Just by looks I could tell it was most likely the cord but I confirmed everything testing it with a multimeter.
