In Metairie. Is this just bc the ground is hard from no rain or do I have a drainage problem? Never noticed this happening

New Orleans is full and the water is moving to the burbs.
We did get a good bit of rain the last 18hrs, also your yard could have shifted some with the drought so it might not be draining the same.
