In Dallas, looking to get something done attached to my house.
Bought one and installed in my old home in Nashville, worked great due to roof shape but not the case now, don't really have anything out there that I can assemble myself that would work with roof shape and I'm not going to take on doing anything DiY from scratch.
As for the kitchen, just looking for counter/bar space and two spots to slot charcoal and pellet grill, no need for plumbing. Thinking some fairly simple rock work.
What am I looking at here? 10-20k?

Small rock counter structure, no plumbing etc with a pergola/cover.
Already have a concrete slab.

What size structure? I’m a landscape contractor… We would be at $20K minimum…. Expect $30-$35K.

8-12 for the kitchen
12-20 for the structure
Just a rough guess
