Can feel my 20 year riding mower about to crap out and I've never had a ZTR. The place across from my work sells Bad Boys which makes it really convenient for repairs and service.

Very pleased. Mow about 8 acres, not smooth terrain, has held up very well for the abuse.

Parents have had one for about 10 years. Said he just changed out the pulleys last weekend

Well built. Definitely a good mower. I almost bought a Rebel a year or two ago.

I have one with a Briggs motor. Mow a few acres once a week 36ish weeks a year.
Deck belt once a year.
Drive belt every two years.
Pulleys every three years.
Spindle bearings every 5 or more if you buy Japanese. Every year if you buy Chinese.
Run 0w40 mobil1 in it and ford motorcraft fl400s filter.

I’ve got one 6 years old with almost 600 hours. Only problems I’ve had are from self neglect and even those minor. Very dependable mower

Been having the ZT since 2014. Almost 250 hrs. 747cc Kohler. Use it to cut 2.5 acres, takes about 1.5 hrs. No issues with mower or motor. 7 years strong.

Get on their facebook page and read the comments. You can usually get a pretty good indication of the brand by doing that. Larger sample size.
I just went through the process of buying a new zero turn and reviewed all brands. I eliminated Bad Boy early on due to the shortest warranty.

My BIL purchased one a few years back.
He had trouble with spindles and belts right off the belt. They finally got it fixed and it seem ok now. But were very frustrated intially.

I have had one for 7 years. CZT model with 50" deck and Kawasaki engine. Cut about 4 acres per week, rough terrain. It has held up great. Replaced center spindle bearings last year. Replace belts every 2-3 years. Would buy another one, if I needed one. Cut quality is really nice. Way better than previous Encore mower, deck was always unlevel.
