I don't mind the rule, but how about it enforcing it uniformly if you're going to have it?
For example, mine got anchored when this was allowed to stand without bother:
Topic: "If you were going to live in NOLA for one year, which neighborhood"
Body: "would you choose?"
It happens all the time.

The example I gave here, plus the one you anchored on me about Beyoncé, are far more indicative about the content and topic of their opening posts than the great majority of thread titles. Is this some style objection rule?
