When clicking on the most recent post on a board's main page

it sometimes takes me directly to the most recent post (which it should), but more often lately it has been taking me to the top of the page of the last post.
Anyone else having same issue? Tried on 2 separate devices and same result.

FYI, it only happens on my iPad not my PC.

I believe it only happens on multi-page threads.
