I need someone to click on the ad and tell me the url where it takes you...I know that sucks but I still don't even know who the advertiser is.

It's an animated pop up with two different URLs, I screen shot both of them.

Last time I saw it was last night. I haven't been using mobile this morning, but after toying with it on mobile it seems to be gone.
