Chicken, I had the same happen to me but it was ATT. I am on PC at work which happens to use ATT as their ISP.

ETA: This happened earlier today around 11am CST.

Desktop. I checked with Cox to make sure they weren't redirecting me for some reason, and it definitely isn't a legit survey.

Getting it on mobile.

Have to close out and reopen TD to stop it.

I get it too and my system isn't letting me run that program.

It doesn't like the ads very much either, and it's a very new system.

IE, btw

This started happening to me earlier this year, and it may or may not be related to malware.

On Google Chrome on desktop, I began to see the survey start fading in. Ran malware bytes, hitman, etc. Couldn't find what it was, but it still could be something on my end-
a day after my mother died, I opened an email from "my aunt", which turned out to be from her hacked yahoo email account.
I know, should have known better, but considering the emotional aspect of the situation, it was an understandable mistake and I have tried like hell to clean it up.

I will state this- I now run Epic Browser to access a lot of sites, including TD, and it doesn't happen with that.
