This has been happening to me quite a bit lately. I just clicked on the Johnny Manziel/Dwyane Bowe article, and immediately received a notice saying "Congratulations! You have won......

Just before I came to check on this thread, I clicked on the article about Drew Breese and Peyton Manning. As soon as I did, my phone "buzzed" and the "Congratulations, you are a winner" came up.
I thought it might be my phone, but the only other site that gives me trouble is the FOX Sports scores page.
Next time it happens, I'll try to get a screen shot.
