Samsung Smart TV won't stream video

HBO Go doesn't work. Keeps freezing, screen goes blank and I have to restart the television. Netflix says it has lost connection and kicks me off. I sign back in to my wireless network and it starts back up. We never lose connections with any of our several other wireless devices BTW.
Bought the TV on Monday and am seriously considering returning it. Bought a powerline network adapter today and it helps not at all. Geek squad guy told me to try it.
Any help? TIA

I have a Samsung Smart TV and have not had those problems. I also use a wireless connection.
