Question About Fund For Meatloaf's Sick Puppy - Admins

Meat's puppy has pancreatitis. Most people know the story on the OT. First vet misdiagnosed, she's out $300+. She brings him to 2nd vet. He's been there since Tuesday. Not eating, on IV's. He must start eating before he can go home, and have BM. No idea at this point what the stay is going to cost.

Several people on the OT have indicated an interest in sending money to help defray the costs. Before anybody did or posted anything, wanted to make sure with admins that no rules are broken, and anything done follows TD protocol.

Can a thread be started to allow people to contribute, and either the vet name and address, or paypal account number be listed?

Could an admin just let us know what can and cannot be done? Thanks.
