Proxy Setting Error

Question: Maybe it's just my PC or not, but why does a proxy setting error come up between clicking on threads?
I click on a board or thread, then it goes to some proxy setting error screen for a second or 2, then goes to the page or thread i clicked on.
FWIW, i have some on/off again internet service.

Open registry files for “Internet Options” [ HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > Current Version > Internet settings
Delete the following Registry files :
Migrate Proxy
Proxy Enable
Proxy Server
Proxy Override
reboot your PC and goto internet option and uncheck “Use a Proxy Server for your LAN” box and check “Automatically detect settings” box.
